Care & one family: NeoGrowth family conducts Birthday Celebrations for all employees together and also celebrates festivals together.
Overcome stress, pamper yourself: We understand that employees put in hard work with passion to achieve their deliverables. This work at times can be stressful. To de-stress, we create a spa in our office one evening each month where employees can choose between a foot massage, neck & shoulder massage or head massage.
