• Credit bureau related concerns may take up to 7 business days to be resolved, as the matter needs to be raised to different credit information bureaus.
• Generally, resolution will be provided in 7 days but may also depend on the type of service request being made and the dependency on the customer related actions.

In-case you need to change or correct your details, we request you to contact us via the details mentioned above. • Although we will ensure that all your queries and requests get resolved as per your satisfaction , you can always escalate the same to grievanceofficer@neogrowth.in in case there is any delay in resolution .
• We also adhere to the RBI Ombudsman Scheme and the details of the Nodal officer and the implementation of the scheme can be viewed in the below section of Company Policies in the document “Salient Features – Ombudsman Scheme & Details”.
