Key Responsibilities

  • Daily monitoring of BL loan W-Off Portfolio for Maharashtra and Gujarat.
  • Ensure all locations targets are aligned with National Number.
  • Location travel as an when required for review and to ensure performance is at par.
  • Target to collect maximum amount from Customers.
  • Monitoring cases closely and taking right treatment for w-off accounts.
  • Ensure legal initiation and enough tools are applied on each and every cases.
  • Responsible for managing teams assigned – Tele callers / Field Executives / Agency/Portfolio Managers.
  • Micro level daily tracking of Collections for each merchant and highlight risk associated if any.
  • Take corrective measures with cross functional stakeholders against Internal process gaps if any impacting Portfolio Performance.
  • Performance level matrix is shared with seniors basis required frequency to get Portfolio insights and to uplift existing performance.
  • Resolving service issues impacting Portfolio Performance.
  • Update feedback trails on system and sending daily collection reports to the concerned reporting head.
  • To regularly visit delinquent customer / merchant for the updation of overdue amounts.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 10-12 years relevant experience needed in handling Woff Collections.
  • Collection of consumer loans/ business loans/SME loan.
  • Minimum a graduate (in any field).
  • Good knowledge of Computers (MS Office, email communication).

Skills Set & Experience

    Collections Experience in handling hard bkts – preferable writeoff pool

  • Team Management – Tele callers and Field Executives.
  • Good Networking with Recovery Agency / Skip and Legal.
  • Legal Initiation and 3-5 years working Experience a must. Handling court matters individually.
  • More experience in field , meeting Customers and resolving cases.
  • Experience in handling mass data volumes.
  • Should be presentable with good communication skills.
  • Should have knowledge of the Collection Process.
  • Professional approach towards the Customer.
  • Ability to command authority but humble and sincere in behaviour.
  • Good convincing skills.
  • Aware of Collection Code of Conduct.
