Jatinder Mohan Singh Shah has taken charge as Senior Vice President – Sales & Marketing of NeoGrowth in Mumbai. Jatinder is a BE (Civil), MA (Economics), PGDM (Marketing & Systems) from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies. He brings with him over 16 years of experience in hard-core sales and business head role with banks and NBFCs.
Jatinder has worked with companies like Religare Finvest Limited, GE Money, ABN Amro Bank and ICICI Bank. In his last role as SVP & Regional Business Head-Lending with Religare, he was responsible for both the secured and unsecured side of the business. He was the second employee to join their mortgages team and was instrumental in rolling out their operating manual, manpower plan and financial model. He also launched new locations for them. He has managed product development for GE Money India as Product Head Mortgages and launched their under construction business in India.
His experience and leadership skills will be invaluable for NeoGrowth as we take the business to the next level. He will play key role in building a scalable and technology led distribution, and to open newer markets in India for NeoGrowth. The Sales & Marketing teams across the country reports into Jatinder.
